Descripción General:


El Team Manager apoyará al Director/Gerente tienda en liderar, desarrollar y respaldar a los miembros del equipo de ventas, operaciones y seguridad para cumplir y/o superar los objetivos comerciales y elevar la experiência en la tienda de Tiffany.

Asumirás la supervisión de la tienda cuando el director no esté presente.

Serás un líder dinámico, atento e inspirador que construye relaciones con clientes internos y externos; alguien a quien podrían llamar mentor, entrenador y que actúa como Gerente de Experiência del Cliente, asegurando un servicio al cliente insuperable.


Como Team Manager, tendrás las siguientes responsabilidades:

Ventas


Profundizar la relación con nuestros clientes para alcanzar o superar los objetivos comerciales, los objetivos de categoría de productos y los KPI relevantes.


  • Gestionar y motivar al equipo para que cumpla consistentemente o supere los objetivos comerciales de la tienda.
  • Impulsar actividades de desarrollo de clientes entre los miembros individuales del equipo para cultivar clientes nuevos y existentes.
  • Demostrar pasión y brindar momentos especiales de Tiffany tanto a los miembros del equipo como a los clientes, gestionando personalmente las relaciones con los clientes.
  • Impulsar el negocio a través de pilares clave de productos y KPI.

Servicio
Ejecutar todo con un enfoque centrado en el cliente.

Demostrar pasión y brindar momentos especiales Tiffany a los clientes en cada punto de contacto:

  • Liderar, modelar y entrenar basado en los comentarios de los clientes y elevar el Índice de Experiência de Tiffany (TEI).
  • Proporcionar presencia de gestión en el área de ventas, entrenar al equipo y asegurarse de que se cumplan las expectativas de experiência del cliente de Tiffany en todo momento.
  • Optimizar la hospitalidad y las comodidades de la tienda para crear experiências únicas.
  • Tomar medidas basadas en el rendimiento del TEI y los comentarios de los clientes para mejorar el servicio al cliente.

Atraer, contratar y retener talento de primera para fomentar un clima de alto rendimiento. "Personas que le gustan las personas"

  • Capacitar, entrenar y proporcionar retroalimentación cualitativa de manera continua, utilizando recompensas, reconocimientos y procesos de gestión del rendimiento para mejorar el compromiso y el rendimiento del equipo.

Promover la eficiencia y efectividad operativa. Desafiar los estándares para buscar mejoras continuas.

  • Garantizar un soporte operativo excepcional para impulsar las ventas y el servicio.
  • Gestionar eficientemente las áreas de la trastienda y garantizar la consistencia con los procedimientos operativos establecidos. Identificar y ejecutar eficiencias y mejores prácticas.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de todos los procedimientos de control interno.

Experiência

Requerida:

  • Mínimo de 3 años de experiência en gestión de tiendas de lujo, o experiência relevante relacionada con el cliente (por ejemplo, hospitalidad).
  • Experiência solida en generación de ventas, gestión del logro de resultados comerciales.
  • Flexibilidad horaria
  • Habilidad demostrada para desarrollar nuevas oportunidades y mantener relaciones con los clientes, asegurando al mismo tiempo el reconocimiento de la marca y su penetración en el mercado.
  • Dominio de Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, Power Point, sistemas de seguimiento de clientes y sistemas de punto de venta (POS).
  • Flexibilidad para desempeñarse en diferentes roles según las necesidades del negocio (por ejemplo, en el área de ventas, operaciones, etc.).

  • Título universitario.
  • Título en Gemología.
