¿Qué esperamos de tí como Sales Representative Supervisor?

• Inglés avanzado (indispensable).

• Experiencia previa en el puesto, supervisando mesas de hospitalidad
y/o concesiones en hoteles.

• Disponibilidad de horario.

¿Cuál será tu rol en Nexus Tours?

• Revisión y aseguramiento de KPI'S establecidos por la empresa.

• Revisión de liquidaciones diarias por parte de cada representante.

• Asegurar que los equipos de trabajo estén alineados con los objetivos.

• Proporcionar al equipo las herramientas necesarias en tiempo para cumplir con sus actividades diarias.

• Elaboración semanal de roles de trabajo para los representantes de ventas en mesas de hospitalidad.

• Supervisaras que las mesas de hospitalidad cumplan con los protocolos establecidos.
