We are looking for a Technical Account Manager with English and Portuguese language skills to join our Customer Excellence team.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and / or JavaScript or any other scripting language is a plus.
  • 15 years of experience helping customers achieve their desired outcomes; ideally in customer support, ad ops, technical services, or business operations/program management capacity.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills (English/Spanish/Portuguese)
  • History of collaborating effectively within crossfunctional teams is a plus.
  • Language proficiency required English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Responsabilites:

  • Tagrelated issues, implementation concerns, data feeds, and reporting.
  • Debug reported delivery discrepancies.
  • Resolve PMI campaign issues.
  • Extracting information.
  • Pulling and reviewing performance data.
  • Investigate possible issues.
