Role Overview: Assisting the Program Manager in overseeing projects within a corporate program.

Responsibilities:

  • Track progress in alignment with program schedules and objectives, and devise solutions for program challenges.
  • Participate in drafting proposals, plans, and program specifications.
  • Create project scope documents, timetables, and other necessary materials for Project Managers.
  • Monitor the scheduling, budgeting, and performance of company programs.

Degree Requirement: Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Business Acumen: Understanding of business concepts, tools, and processes essential for making informed decisions within the company's context, with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively across various scenarios.
  • Planning: Tactical and Strategic: Proficiency in planning techniques to contribute to operational, tactical, and strategic planning supporting the overall business strategy.
  • Process Management: Familiarity with business process improvement tools and techniques to understand, monitor, and enhance existing business processes.
  • Collaboration: Knowledge of collaborative methods to work constructively with diverse individuals and groups.
  • Effective Communications: Understanding of communication concepts and techniques to transmit ideas and information clearly and interpret needs accurately.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to identify, anticipate, and resolve organizational problems effectively.
  • Project Management: Proficiency in project management strategies to plan, organize, and control projects efficiently.
  • Data Gathering and Reporting: Knowledge of tools and processes for gathering and reporting data within a company.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree related to the position.
  • General understanding of company policies, processes, products, and customers.
  • 1-3 years of experience in program coordination, information technology, engineering, project management, or NPI.
  • Familiarity with creating detailed timelines in project management software.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Advanced English.

Additional Requirements:

  • This is a FIXED TERM role lasting one year.
  • Location: Monterrey
