Descripción Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:
Lead the overall operation of the chemical processes plant, including production, maintenance, logistics, and quality control.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant performance, improve productivity, and reduce costs while maintaining product quality.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

Team Management:
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of supervisors, engineers, technicians, and operators.
Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement among plant employees.
Provide guidance and support to ensure employees are equipped to meet performance objectives and professional growth.

Process Optimization:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements, utilizing data-driven approaches and best practices.
Implement measures to minimize waste, optimize resource utilization, and enhance overall plant efficiency.
Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to develop and implement new processes and technologies.

Quality Assurance:
Establish and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the consistency and reliability of our chemical products.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor product quality and adherence to specifications.
Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to address quality issues and customer concerns.

Communication and Collaboration:
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and cross-functional teams.
Coordinate closely with sales, supply chain, and customer service teams to meet customer requirements and support business objectives.
Foster strong relationships with external partners, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.

Perfil buscado Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience (10+ years) in a leadership role within the chemical manufacturing industry, with a focus on plant operations.
Strong understanding of chemical processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, drive performance improvements, and achieve operational excellence.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in Spanish and English languages.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and environmental standards applicable to chemical manufacturing operations.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
