With over two decades of industry experience, we have established ourselves as a reliable partner for businesses across various sectors.

We are currently seeking a motivated and bilingual individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report employee attendance to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Promptly notify the Customer Service Manager or Staffing Supervisor of any work, housing, and transportation complaints or concerns raised by employees.
  • Enforce all company policies and procedures to maintain a professional work environment.
  • Handle incoming employee calls, addressing any jobrelated issues and providing appropriate support.
  • Proactively engage with employees to enhance job satisfaction and promote employee retention.
  • Provide translation services for employees when necessary to facilitate effective communication.
  • Transfer calls to the relevant departments or resources as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or supervisory roles is preferred.
  • College education is preferred.
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish/English, with excellent communication skills in both languages (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Ability to multitask and effectively handle stressful situations.
  • Proficient in basic computer software such as Excel, Word, and internet usage.
  • Typing skills at the speed of conversation to accurately document call details in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Strong problemsolving skills and proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Demonstrated teamwork attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, professional, and proactive in taking charge of responsibilities.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
