This position will be responsible for recruitment and selection process either for new positions or turnover related.

Comply with company, labor law and quality systems (ISO/IATF) requirements regarding R&S also attends respective audits.


Develops and execute recruiting programs altogether with process owners to assure accurate employees qualifications to successfully perform their Job responsibilities.

Job Requisitions

Manage internal system ́s company, ensuring authorities and company requirements in terms of hiring documents and evidence. Manages budget for external R&S Initiatives according to business needs.

Internal communication champion for the plant

Drive Recruiting & Branding Initiatives.

Main activities
RBS Specialist ls responsible to perform recruitment and selection processes on virtual platforms and internal systems, based on VT.

Capability model and company values, performing mainly the following activities:1)Performing recruiting and selection process to assure compliance and legal requirements in each phase.

2) Manage Internal promotion process / requirements and external hiring Initiatives management.

3) Facllltate feedback process between employees and supervisors participating on recruitment process.

4 Promote corporate philosophy and branding at Internal and external events.

5) Driving recruitment Initiatives In location along with hiring managers (Online platforms, universities fairs, events, etc.)

6) Employee file creation (Personal Information and first step on the system to upload information)

7)Labor contract management process of the hired employees according with deadlines and type of contract

8) Interviews based on competencies and capability tests according with position requirements.

9) internal communication strategies and Internal media management

11)Coordinate Internal communication strategies and Internal media management.

Profile
Bachelor's degree in administration

Experience In:
Recruitment management process

Recruiting and selection tools, models, and tests focused on corporate needs.

Attending Clients, Norms and Authorities audits

IS0 /IATF basic knowledge to cope with communication requirements.

Desirable experience In Automotive Industry Communication process management experience International Teams & SAP Success Factors knowledge mandatory:
Advanced English

Minimum 3 years' experience performing R&S on manufacturing multi-national company

Recruitment & communication experience 3-5 years

Stability of at least 3 years in the position

Success Factor Challenge

Knowledge in competency-based recruitment or Star methodology
