We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our esteemed Global Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence (Global TA CoE) team in Mexico City, Mexico. The Position
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition LATAM. This role is based in our Mexico City office, offering a hybrid work model that balances in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
In this position at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment at all levels, collaborating with colleagues and business leaders across functions in Mexico and other countries in Latin America.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and advice to hiring managers on all recruitment matters. Conduct candidate assessments and business cases when applicable to facilitate the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate activities between all stakeholders involved in the recruitment process, including sourcers and administrators.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • Drive employer branding activities to position Novo Nordisk as a preferred company to work for and implement innovative digital recruitment practices using various social media platforms.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar talent acquisition role in a global company.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • In-depth experience using behavioral interviewing techniques and assessment tools.
  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, RPOs, multinational companies, and/or shared services is strongly preferred.

About the Department
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be part of our Global Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence (Global TA CoE) team, under 'TA International'. This global team consists of functional subject matter experts in talent acquisition, allowing you to tap into global best practices and apply them locally and regionally. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from around the world and contribute to the success of our talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.
