Customer Segregation Management Leader

El gerente sénior de Análisis de negocio es un puesto de nível gerencial sénior responsable de establecer una conexión entre los usuarios de negocio y expertos en tecnología para intercambiar información de manera concisa, lógica y comprensible junto con el equipo de Tecnología.
El objetivo general de este puesto es contribuir a la exploración e investigación iterativa continua del rendimiento de negocio y otras medidas para obtener una mejor perspectiva e impulsar la planificación del negocio.
Responsabilidades:
- Supervisar un equipo de análisis de negocio que respalde a un sistema grande o múltiples sistemas con responsabilidades que incluyen la asignación de trabajo, presupuesto y planificación, evaluación del desempeño, compensación, contratación de personal y otras obligaciones, según se le haya asignado.
- Proporcionar dirección y liderazgo técnico para proyectos complejos y de alto impacto, y durante todas las fases del proceso de desarrollo e implementación y, al mismo tiempo, garantizar el seguimiento de procedimientos esenciales.
- Emitir juicios evaluativos en función del análisis de información en situaciones complicadas y únicas, y contribuir a la formulación de normas y estrategias para el área propia y otras áreas funcionales.
- Resolver problemas que tengan un impacto más allá del área propia y aplicar un conocimiento profundo de conceptos y procedimientos dentro del área propia y conocimiento básico de otras áreas.
- Trabajar en equipo para lograr objetivos y negociar con partes internas y externas.
- Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia, así como supervisar de manera efectiva la actividad de otros y crear responsabilidad con aquellas personas que no mantienen estos estándares
Calificaciones:
- Entre 6 y 10 años de experiência relevante.
- Habilidades comprobadas de liderazgo.
- Demostrar de manera constante una comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa.
- Habilidades interpersonales comprobadas y habilidad para asociarse e influir en los níveles de la organización
- Habilidad comprobada para utilizar técnicas analíticas, interpretativas y para la resolución de problemas
Educación:
- Licenciatura/título universitario o experiência equivalente.
- Preferencia de maestría.
Responsibilities:
- Manage one or more Applications Development teams in an effort to accomplish established goals as well as conduct personnel duties for team (e.g. performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions)
- Review and analyze proposed technical solutions for projects
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business integrate to accomplish business goals
- Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual data in complicated and unique situations
- Impact the Applications Development area through monitoring delivery of end results, participate in budget management, and handling daytoday staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project
- Ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards negotiating with external parties when necessary
Qualifications:
- 610 years of relevant experience in the Financial Service industry
- Experience as Applications Development Manager
- Experience as senior level in an Applications Development role
- Stakeholder and people management experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Proven project management skills
- Basic knowledge of industry practices and standards
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Education:
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master's degree preferred
