ACTIVIDADES

  • Conocimientos en habilidades de ventas (PNL)
  • Elaboración de planes de capacitación mensual y anual
  • Aplicación y seguimiento a DNC
  • Capacitación para fuerza de ventas (área comercial)
  • Gestión y coordinación de capacitaciones externas
  • Administración de la capacitación enviada por planta
  • Creación y diseño de cursos
  • Gestión de matrices de capacitación
  • Impartición de cursos de inducción a los asociados de nuevo ingreso
  • Administración de plataformas de capacitación
  • Envío de reportes de capacitación interna a Gerencia General
  • Mejora contínua (PDCA)

HABILIDADES:
Excelentes habilidades de presentación oral y escrita

Manejo y control de grupos

Gusto por la rama automotriz

CONOCIMIENTOS:

  • Paquetería Microsoft Office (intermedioavanzado)
  • Conocimientos en CRM (preferible)
  • Sistemas LMS (deseado)
