AXA Partners México se encuentra en búsqueda de Supervisor Redes (Auto) que estará de base en Queretaro.

Objetivo del cargo:

Garantizar el cumplimiento de las metas de la operación, así como de los estándares de calidad a través del seguimiento del personal a su cargo, validando que la red de proveedores vial/ hogar cuente con la suficiencia para llevar a cabo la operación.


Responsabilidades Clave

  • Contacto y búsqueda de proveedores a nível nacional que cumplan con los requisitos establecidos por la organización, así como con los estándares de calidad.
  • Negociación y creación de convenios con los proveedores buscando el costo
- beneficio en ambas partes.

  • Preparación y presentación de resultados del área, proporcionando información a la gerencia del área sobre las desviaciones detectadas, así como la propuesta de mejora en cada caso.
  • Revisión de estadísticos y métricas para evaluar el nível de confiabilidad y cumplimiento de los proveedores vigentes buscando optimizar y garantizar un servicio de calidad.
  • Efectuar reportes mensuales sobre el desempeño de los proveedores para efectuar reevaluaciones y asignación de prioridades para la operación.
  • Apoyar en la gestión de casos complejos brindando alternativas o posibles soluciones para la resolución de estos.
  • Visitar de manera periódica las instalaciones y equipamiento de los proveedores de grúas, auxilio vial, cerrajería, etc. verificando el cumplimiento en base a la norma oficial vigente.
  • Identificar desviaciones y áreas de oportunidad en el proceso de gestión de calidad de proveedores aportando acciones y planes de acción para la mejora de los servicios.
  • Cumplir con: la confidencialidad, integridad, disponibilidad y la trazabilidad, es propietario y responsable de la información que maneja su equipo de trabajo y el mismo; así como comunicar cualquier riesgo o incidente detectado.
  • Fomenta el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa en cuanto a la seguridad de la información, privacidad de datos, prevención de fraudes y demás normativas vigentes; promueve la participación de su equipo de trabajo para la capacitación necesaria en las diferentes iniciativas de la empresa y supervisa el cumplimiento de los controles bajo el alcance de su función y los de su equipo.
  • Desarrollar actividades inherentes a su puesto que coadyuve al logro de los objetivos de la empresa.

Su Perfil
Licenciatura trunca en áreas Económico - Administrativas.

Experiência mínima de 1 año como supervisor de red de proveedores.

Conocimiento especializado en negociación con proveedores, conocimiento del mercado y red vial.

Manejo intermedio de Paquetería Office.

Nível de inglés avanzado.

Disponibilidad para viajar.
