About the RoleBelmond is in the lookout for a talented and motivated Associate Director of Marketing for the Mexico Area to brings their talents to our amazing team and be responsible for establishing and directing the marketing activities of the Belmond portfolio in Mexico with a view to outperform all business competitors through intelligent partnerships and well developed alliances.

The responsibility focuses on the recently re-opened Maroma, A Belmond Hotel, Riviera Maya, Mexico.

The Belmond Mexico collection also includes Casa de Sierra Nevada, A Belmond Hotel, San Miguel de Allende and two properties under development.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue growth for our properties in Mexico.
Create and implement targeted marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling marketing materials, including digital content, print collateral, and social media campaigns.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the luxury travel industry.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure return on investment for all marketing activities.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and media contacts.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in luxury travel marketing.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the luxury travel industry.
Strong knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing projects.
Experience working with brands and consumers in the Mexican marketExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in digital marketing platforms and tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.#J-18808-Ljbffr
