What You Need to Succeed

Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biology, Pharmacobiology and Related Chemistry.

Advanced in English and Fluent Spanish; written and verbal.

Candidates Based in Mexico.

Experience in a laboratory environment for ELISA and PCR techniques in the veterinary industry with emphasis on serological methods and molecular biology in real time is required.

 Contact with customers for consultations, queries and interviews.

 Maintain case records in CRM as a follow-up.

 Carry out and coordinate investigation into product complaints and provide a solution in a timely manner.

 Provide statistical reports on the status of product queries and provide recommendations on their resolution.

 Visit laboratories for training

 Identify new sales opportunities coordinated with the commercial department.
