PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Coordinate and manage teams & activities performed by PI Support on production site (PI logistic, FM Coordinator)

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Key accountabilities:

  • Carry out troubleshooting during PI period as well as Prewarranty & Commissioning (and Validation & Certification if applicable), including investigation and repair
  • Support customer site setup in terms of special tools, consignment stock,...
  • Supervise PI logistic/materials in Alstom manufacturing site with regards to consignment stock availability, delivery and repair loop (including over warranty lifetime)
  • Coordinate & supervise stock and logistics costs
  • Contribute to claims and negotiations with external supplier (regarding PI activities)
  • Support field modification preparation with material, tools, documentation
  • Ensure compliance to standard processes (ISO, EHS) for PI Support teams
  • Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct
  • Support PI Supplier Performance Managers in backcharging process with ensuring relevant PI documentation

MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
- (Post) Graduate in Engineering or Industrial ("Internal Graduation" ("cadre interne" in F) acceptable

  • Internal EHS training
  • English
  • Master's degree in Engineering (Desirable)
  • Several years of technical experience, mechanical or electrical / electronics
  • Field Experience
  • Project Execution (technical/industrial/Procurement/Supply Chain)
  • Team management
  • General Railway and Product knowledge
  • Railway safety
  • EHS knowledge and exposure
  • Customer contact
  • RAM (Desirable)
  • Problem Solving skills (Desirable)
  • Data analytics (Defect Management system) (Desirable)
