PROPÓSITO DE LA POSICIÓN Esta posición pertenece al departamento de operaciones.
Esta persona será responsable por liderar las actividades operativas del área a su cargo, a través de la implementación y seguimiento de estrategias para el cumplimiento de los indicadores de confiabilidad de los procesos, Paros de Máquina,
MTBF, MTTR, y los DMS de CIL, DH & IE.

Reporta a:
Production Manager Nivel de Reporte: Gerencial Foco Geográfico: Local

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES Asignar las acciones del plan del día, a través de una excelente coordinación con los líderes de turno, asegurando claras responsabilidades y ejecución.

Aplicar las correctas revisiones de calidad en tiempo y forma y que sean llevadas a cabo por todo el personal del módulo.

Asegurar que los defectos que se encuentren reparen y se registren, usando contramedidas sostenibles (CIL, CL, MP).

Dar seguimiento a los rejects de los módulos, estableciendo junto con el Cell Manager y resto del equipo acciones para reducirlos.

Ayudar a desarrollar estándares claros de CIL, asegurar un arranque vertical después de estos eventos. Aplicar solución de problemas causa raíz, día a día (aplicación simple) y sugerir /aplicar la contramedida aplicada. Organizar, distribuir y asegurar recursos de acuerdo al programa semanal.

Levantar necesidades de ascensos de categoría, vacaciones, tiempos extras y ausentismos programados, o no programados, así como permisos y pases de salida.

Coordinar al personal operativo oportunamente de acuerdo a los requerimientos de los módulos, ejemplo:
ausentismos, permisos, salidas de emergencia etc. Dar seguimiento al cumplimiento diarios de producción. PODRÍA SER ESTE SU FUTURO PUESTO?

¿Tienes experiencia liderando equipos de trabajo?
EXPERIENCIA, HABILIDADES Y CONOCIMIENTOS ESENCIALES Ingeniería o carrera afín. Conocimiento de procesos administrativos. Conocimiento del proceso secundario. Lineamientos de EHS. Manejo de sistemas de información de manufactura. Trabajo en equipo. Buena comunicación. Inglés avanzado. Experiencia en procesos de Manufactura. DESEABLE Experiencia liderando equipos de trabajo.
