Asistente Administrativo de Compras

Objetivo de la posición:_
Buscar permanentemente proveedores confiables que le permitan optimizar tiempos de entrega. Pagar precios justos, pero razonablemente bajos por la calidad adecuada. Supervisar la entrega de material a clientes internos en tiempo y forma.
Apoyo general de funciones del departamento administrativo.
Actividades:
- Compras nacionales e internacionales.
- Presentación de información oportuna, real y confiable.
- Negociar con proveedores nacionales e Internacionales precios y tiempos de entrega.
- Seguimiento a muestras y nuevos productos.
- Apoyo a las actividades del departamento.
- Recaba y analiza información de cotizaciones para compras y se las presenta a gerencia.
- Dar seguimiento a requisiciones y órdenes de compra.
- Revisar facturas de proveedores con sistema.
- Asistir a departamento de Importación y Exportación y al área de Seguridad e higiene.
- Atención a proveedores.
Requerimientos
- Egresado de Administración, Contabilidad o afines.
- Ingles avanzado (80%).
- Manejo de Excel avanzado.
- Experiência en inventarios (deseable).
Para laborar de lunes a viernes de 7:00am a 5:00pm
