Job Summary

This position will review & develop training content based on Ennovi practices for global utilization. This focuses on current operational and functional quality systems / procedures in place across Ennovi. This includes development of online training through HRIT system for content, competency confirmation and coordination of records of results and follow up activities. Focus on topics to ensure OEM readiness and standardization of best practices.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop training materials for current operational systems / procedures in place within Ennovi. (For both on-site and e-learning formats).
  • Implement and train locations on standardized system. Develop necessary training materials.
  • Maintain central storage of the systems
  • Link with HR team to ensure Ennovi team members are competent of the requirements and systems. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

Qualifications, experience, skills

  • Undergraduate degree in a technical field or science, or similar equivalent degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Minimum ten (10)+ years' experience in automotive manufacturing (preferably quality or lean / continuous improvement) field.
  • Experience with development of training materials in automotive manufacturing environment across various countries.
  • Experience with LMS or similar platforms.
  • Experience on developing training material in both formats (On site and e-learning) including record tracking and definition on different level of capability needs.
  • Experience with HRIT systems required
  • Capable to develop competency based training with testing platform
  • Strong computer software knowledge: Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capable of organizing and managing multiple conflicting priorities
