    Project Manager
  • Define execution to create remediation plans and approaches based on project scope, expected timeline, and available budget/resources
  • Manage project risks, scope changes, and other nonstandard events throughout the life of the project
  • Work with technical team to coordinate daytoday execution as per outlined plan
  • Ensure project management processes and practices are followed. Drive simplification and improvement as necessary
  • Research technical solutions to understand opportunities for mitigating risk where complete remediation is not an option.
  • Support the execution team with the resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies. Partner with technical and functional teams external to the project to ensure their tasks are completed as required
  • Lead discussions with technical and functional stakeholders to drive solution plans
  • Capture discussions and decisions, and communicate those out to the project team and stakeholders
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables is verified and matches stakeholder expectations
  • Manage stakeholder communication and project reporting for assigned projects, including critical analysis of project status, potential risks, and continual process improvement


 Education Qualification
  • Bachelor's Degree with minimum 10 years' experience Desired Characteristics
  • Demonstrated ability to understand/comprehend technical conversation and translate outcomes to actionable items for project tracking
  • Strong team player collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources
  • Experience working on and leading remote teams
  • Strong analytical and strong problemsolving skills communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information/data to make decisions, anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve, creates actionable strategies and operational plans
  • PMP, ScrumMaster, or related Project Management certifications
  • Experience in managing infrastructure migration and integration initiatives
  • Experience in Healthcare IT
  • Experience in Information Security and/or Mergers and Acquisitions.
