El Analista Intermedio de Proyectos es una función profesional de un empleado en desarrollo. Se ocupa de la mayoría de los problemas de forma independiente y tiene cierta libertad para resolver problemas complejos.

Integra conocimientos sólidos del área de especialidad con una comprensión sólida de los estándares y las prácticas de la industria.

Tiene buena comprensión del modo en que el equipo y el área interactúan con otros para lograr los objetivos de la subfunción/categoría del puesto.

Aplica un pensamiento analítico y el conocimiento de herramientas y metodologías de análisis de datos. Exige atención al detalle al realizar juicios y hacer recomendaciones en función del análisis de información fáctica. En general, debe lidiar con temas variables con impacto potencial más amplio en los negocios. Aplica su juicio profesional al interpretar datos y resultados. Explica la información de manera sistemática y transmisible. Se requieren habilidades desarrolladas de comunicación y diplomacia para intercambiar información potencialmente compleja/sensible. Genera un impacto moderado pero directo mediante un contacto estrecho con las actividades principales de los negocios. La calidad y puntualidad de servicio suministrado afectarán la eficiencia del equipo propio y de equipos estrechamente relacionados.

Responsabilidades:

  • Contribuir con el flujo de trabajo o cambio y rediseño de procesos, y formar conocimientos sólidos del proceso o producto específico asociados con un proyecto.
  • Reunir, medir y analizar datos de rendimiento del proyecto.
  • Identificar, realizar seguimiento y resolver problemas del proyecto.
  • Garantizar la creación de un plan de administración de alcance del proyecto.
  • Crear un plan de administración de cronograma del proyecto.
  • Garantizar que se tomen las medidas correctivas cuando surjan cambios en el cronograma del proyecto realizar cálculos de costos de proyecto.
  • Realizar el seguimiento de los costos reales del proyecto, identificar las variaciones y volver a programar los costos del proyecto, según sea necesario.
  • Crear el plan de administración de calidad del proyecto.
  • Identificar las normas y mediciones de calidad relevantes para el proyecto, así como la manera de cumplirlas.
  • Identificar los riesgos del proyecto, realizar un análisis de probabilidad e impacto, determinar las respuestas a los riesgos, realizar el seguimiento de estos riesgos y ejecutar las respuestas, según sea necesario.
  • Asumir la responsabilidad de tareas de informes periódicos o administración de procesos como responsable.
  • Probablemente, dirigir el trabajo diario de empleados de nível júnior, sin asumir normalmente una función de gestión formal.
  • Exhibir sólidas habilidades básicas de ejecución y crecientes habilidades de responsabilidad de proyecto.
  • Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia

Calificaciones:

  • Entre 2 y 5 años de experiência relevante.

Educación:

  • Licenciatura/título universitario o experiência equivalente.

INTERMEDIATE PROJECT MANAGER - PROJECT BUDGET AND RESOURCE CAPACITY MANAGER
