Engineering Lead Analyst

El gerente de grupo de Operaciones de Seguridad de la Información es un puesto de nivel gerencial sénior responsable de lograr resultados a través de la gestión de un equipo o departamento, en un esfuerzo por prevenir, monitorear y responder ante filtraciones de información/datos y ataques cibernéticos.
El objetivo general de esta función es garantizar la ejecución de directivas y actividades de Seguridad de la información, en coherencia con la política de seguridad de los datos de Citi.
Responsabilidades:
Gestionar un equipo o múltiples equipos grandes y complejos, supervisar recursos, presupuestos, formulación de políticas y la planificación de corto a mediano plazo.
Gestionar y validar los resultados de todos los programas de Seguridad de la Información (Information Security, IS) y, al mismo tiempo, garantizar el cierre de plazos y objetivos acordados.
Realizar actividades de consultoría comercial respecto de temas de Seguridad de la Información (Information Security IS) y garantizar que se proporcionen los servicios de consultoría del Agente de Seguridad de la Información (Information Security Officer, ISO).
Realizar un análisis de la relación costo-beneficio para justificar la inversión en Seguridad de la Información (Information Security IS) y formar un equipo de IS mediante la promoción de asociaciones y la comercialización de desarrollos de IS.
Asociarse con agentes de Seguridad de la Información Global y gerentes del Programa de Seguridad de la Información Global para mejorar procesos y reducir riesgos.
Garantizar la identificación, evaluación, mitigación y control de riesgos y asistir a equipos de Respuesta a Incidentes de Seguridad como el consultor de IS del negocio.
Garantizar la preparación y efectividad del control, como parte del ejercicio de preparación para la auditoría y, al mismo tiempo, garantizar que los programas de Seguridad de la Información (Information Security IS) estén preparados para la auditoría.
Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia, así como supervisar de manera efectiva la actividad de otros y crear responsabilidad con aquellas personas que no mantienen estos estándares Calificaciones:Más de 10 años de experiencia relevante.
Preferentemente, experiencia comprobada en lenguajes y guiones de programación Preferentemente, habilidades avanzadas en Microsoft Office Habilidad comprobada para colaborar con una variedad de grupos analíticos y organizaciones de prestación de servicios Habilidades avanzadas analíticas y para la resolución de problemas Demuestra una comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa de manera constante.
Dominio de la interpretación y aplicación de los procedimientos, las normas y las políticas. Capacidad demostrada de permanecer imparcial en un ambiente de trabajo diverso.Educación:
