ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
This role is part of the Finance department.

The role is responsible for support all the revenue and pricing strategy.***
Reports to:Area Revenue Growth Manager

Reporting Level:
Managerial

Geographic Scope:
Latin America & the Caribbean

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Develop and execute business tracking metrics and reporting for Revenue Growth.
  • Led the pricing agenda.
  • Make sure that the requests are clear enough before developing the reports and dashboards.
  • Feel comfortable being curious and asking business questions.
  • Being accountable by making sure that the information is 100% correct and delivered on time to fulfil reports and dashboards to the team.
  • Support and collaborate.
  • Provide processes and performance improvement recommendations.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Experience working in FMCGS
  • Intercultural competencies from international experience or personal background.
  • Able to work with technical analysis such as regressions, clustering, classification, dimensionality reduction, collaborative filtering is desirable.
  • Excellent English and Spanish written, oral and presentation communication skills.
  • Comfortable interpreting and manipulating large amounts of data.
  • Need a strong work ethic and willing to learn quickly
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and teamoriented activities
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Finance
  • Finance / Economics Major
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP, BI reporting
