Treasury Assistant with Apple Leisure Group.

In this role you'll will assist with all aspects of treasury operations, including but not limited to banking and merchant management.

The Treasury Assistant will participate in rationalizing bank accounts and assist the BU. Additionally, this role will work closely with the Treasury Manager (CUN) to attend PCI and SOX audits

A successful Treasury Assistant will:

Banking/Treasury Management:

  • Rationalize global bank accounts and manage the process of opening and closing bank accounts at domestic and foreign banks

Bank Account Management:

  • Assist with maintaining of the directory of all bank accounts with full account details, including authorized signers and online approvers
  • Coordinate documentation requests for changes in authorized signers and online access
  • Liaise with banks to complete the compliance documentation
  • Prepare bank fee analyses

Merchant Processing:

  • Oversees the merchant processing for LATAM
  • Monitor of all merchant processing online platforms in LATAM
  • Handle PCI Compliance requirements.
  • Supervising the administration of credit card payment users (POS, Payment Devices & Payment Links)
  • Administrative Refunds for clients (Paypal, BBVA, Banamex)
  • Implementation of the new methods of collection and promotions

Travel and Purchasing Card:

  • Assist with the administration of the colleague's travel and purchase cards.
  • Corporate Insurance, SOX, Treasury Management System:
  • Attends audit requirements

A successful Treasury Assistant will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Administration
  • 13 years of related work experience administration department
  • Strong technological skills and proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • G-Treasury experience a plus
  • SAP experience a plus
