Descripción del Puesto

Posición en el equipo del trading floor en la oficina de Ciudad de México, se basa en el monitoreo permanente del mercado internacional de bolsa de valores.

Análisis diario de indicadores de la economía, efectos sobre los indices S&P 500, NASDAQ Composite entre otros, procesamiento de datos, análisis de acontecimientos económicos políticos internacionales.

Rol del Puesto en la Estructura Organizacional

El puesto de Reserch Analyst es la base para la toma de decisiones de la estrategia diaria en el trading floor.

Opera en tiempo real activos de acuerdo a la estrategia que tenga asignada por medio de la lectura, análisis e interpretación en tiempo real del mercado de Estados Unidos.

En su nível Junior, simula operaciones de compra-venta en diferentes activos con el objetivo de en un plazo de 6 meses pasar a ejecutar posiciones con capital en la estrategia en la cual se le posicione (ETFs, FOREX, Quants).

Competencias Específicas
Licenciadoo en Economía, Finanzas, Matemáticas, Ingeniería Industrial, o afín.
Experiência no necesaria.
Especialización en finanzas bursátiles
Excel / Word avanzado
Inglés nível comprensión lectura 90%
Pensamiento analítico Métodos de procesamiento de información
Conocimiento de análisis técnico
Conocimiento de velas japonesas
Manejo de emociones
Esquema de Compensación

Salario en base a nível de conocimientos, comenzando con una remuneración mensual de $12,000 durante los tres primeros meses de entrenamiento más el 20% de bono para gastos de salud y vivienda.

Días de descanso oficiales en Estados Unidos más 3 días de oficiales de México (Día de la independencia, Día del Trabajo, Viernes Santo).

Esta posición podrá obtener bonos de productividad trimestrales en base a métricas de rendimiento.
