Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The Data & Reporting Analyst supports revenue management by tracking and reporting on key activities, ensuring compliance among drivers and settlement clerks, and addressing any emerging issues. This role involves collecting and analyzing data, sharing insights, resolving reporting and revenue discrepancies, and maintaining a status log of all reports and issues. The team is responsible for budget and pricing reports and also assists in resolving customer issues through research, analysis, and effective communication.

Your Impact

As a Data & Reporting Analyst your functions would consist of:

Data Collection and Report Building – Build Reports for Market Leaders (Executing Actions) Analysis and Insight – Identify Issues, Research Issues, and Provide a Recommended Action Plan for Field Leaders to research/resolve issues (Providing Consultatoin/Executing Actions) Action – Where eligible, take action to help address and solve location and customer issues (Making Decisions, Executing Actions) Tracking – Document progress and status on all reports and issues to communicate with PBNA field leaders (Being informed) Provide Field Location Leaders with ad-hoc support as needed, and periodic updates on process improvement opportunities (Making Decisions, Providing Consultation, Executing Actions) Qualifications

Fluent in English. Intermediate Excel technical skills (pivot tables, excel formulas, dynamic charts, or related) Supply Chain background
