Responsabilidades:
- Implementar y optimizar campañas de pauta digital en Google y Meta para aumentar la visibilidad de nuestra marca y generar leads.
- Colaborar con el equipo de marketing para desarrollar estrategias de marketing de performance que impulsen las ventas y el crecimiento del negocio.
- Manejar y analizar datos de CRMs para identificar oportunidades de mejora en nuestras estrategias de pauta digital.
- Crear contenido visual básico utilizando herramientas como Canva para apoyar nuestras campañas de publicidad. (no es obligatorio).
- Trabajar eficazmente bajo presión para cumplir con los plazos y objetivos establecidos.
- Comunicarse y colaborar con stakeholders internacionales para garantizar la coherencia y el éxito de nuestras iniciativas de marketing digital.
- Se valorará positivamente el dominio del idioma inglés, con un nível B1 o B2.(no es obligatorio)
Requisitos:

2 años de experiência demostrable implementando pauta en Google y Meta.**:
- Experiência previa en marketing de performance, especialmente en la generación de leads o ventas en entornos de ecommerce.
- Conocimientos sólidos en el manejo y análisis de CRMs.
- Familiaridad con herramientas básicas de diseño gráfico, preferiblemente Canva.(no es obligatorio)
- Capacidad para trabajar eficazmente bajo presión y gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
- Habilidad para comunicarse de manera efectiva y colaborar con equipos internacionales.
- Excelentes habilidades analíticas y atención al detalle.
