Job Summary


To support our extraordinary teams that build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add a Facilities Engineer in Juarez, Site Norte.


The Facilities Engineer position performs installations, repairs, modifications and preventive maintenance on equipment, fixtures and systems in buildings and facilities.


What a typical day looks like:

  • Responds to service calls and internal repairs throughout the facility.
  • Troubleshoots problems, responds to work orders, repairs systems and equipment.
  • Installs office furniture.
  • Performs scheduled preventive maintenance.
  • Performs failure analysis and diagnostics.
  • Replaces defective components and wiring and adjusts mechanical parts.
  • Aligns, adjusts, and calibrates equipment according to specifications.
  • Ensures the operation of plumbing, water, electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Manages and develops personnel in charge.
Experience we are looking for to add to our team:

  • Electrical or electromechanical engineer.
  • Maintenance experience.
  • Experience in maintenance of buildings and their equipment (climate, air compressors, hydropneumatics system, firefighting system, cooling tower, etc.).
  • Knowledge of electrical control, electrical installations, interpretation of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagrams.
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD as a plus.
  • Intermediate English
