Job Summary


To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Data Analytics Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.


Reporting to the Director, HR Global Business Services the Data Analytics Engineer role involvesResponsible for driving solutions and actions for the business, employees, and HR teams by utilizing systems, tools, and data.

Provide data and information analysis to help solve HR issues, ensuring these adhere to the organization's policies and objectives. Offer high-quality and timely support to employees, centers of expertise, managers, and HRBP ́s regarding HR matters.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Utilize business intelligence technologies (Tableau) to convert business needs into effective visualizations, dashboards, and reports.
  • Improve the data models and data elements that business intelligence tools rely on by working together with data engineering and business teams.
  • Continuously identify opportunities and demands for better data management, quality, and delivery.
  • Communicate and explain findings and suggestions at various levels with a definite bias toward effective learning and outcomes
  • Ensure that stakeholders are able to digest the insights from the analyzed datasets
  • Build and maintain the business intelligence infrastructure and tools to present data with the most effective data visualization techniques and artifacts.
  • Support the endtoend executions of targeted Analytics and Business Intelligence projects focused on problem areas.
  • Promote the use of visualization for datadriven decisions.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience Mid in a similar position.
  • Experience in SQL Server, Snowflakes databases as administrator, analyst, or developer
  • Knowledge of SQL Server (SSRS, SSIS), Visual Studio, and Tableau (Desktop, Prep, Server).
  • Fluent English
  • Problemsolving incidents, tickets, and analytical skills.
  • Preferred Experience with MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
