JOB SUMMARY & PURPOSE
Assist the sales staff by supporting the department in administrative duties.
ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DELIVERABLES

  • Provide technical documents to customers and the BC commercial team through the external cases requested on Salesforce.
  • Carry out written procedures for the commercial area.
  • Request quotes, extensions, and contracts closings through Salesforce.
  • Registration and Modification of Clients through Salesforce.
  • Request and administration of samples.
  • Request for extension of Items.
  • Attention to customer calls in the absence of Managers or Sales Representatives.
  • Administration of the pipeline and win rate on Salesforce.
  • Provide training and guidance in the usage of Salesforce.
  • Weekly followup to invoicing, accounts receivables.
  • Monthly followup to forecast with every customer.
  • Travel arrangements for the Strategic/Corporate team.
  • Creation or update of the following documents:
  • Balance of Contracts (open contracts).
  • Corporate presentations.
  • Projects report.
  • KPI's of required customers.
    PROFILE
  • Bachelor in Business Administration or related field.
  • English: Intermediary/Advanced level.
  • Travel as needed (>20% time).
  • Experience in supporting seniorlevel management.
  • Demonstrated ability to assist sales teams with any additional work as needed with a cando attitude.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strongly skilled in data entry, customer service and reporting skills.
  • Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets, pivot tables, including other data management software.
