Media Sales Support Representative

Join our team Reuters is looking for a skilled Media Sales Support Representative to join our Sales Support team in Mexico. Reuters Agency is a rapidly growing business within the world's largest news organization. Our goal is to be the go-to source for global intelligence that drives informed decisions. About the Role:
As a Media Sales Support Representative, you will:

  • Act as the main point of contact for sales and account management teams, providing insights on content/product offerings, business policies, order processing, credits, and procedures, and offering solutions to all issues.
  • Assist in facilitating trials for potential clients.
  • Handle regulatory documentation for governmental clients.
  • Support administrative tasks related to order fulfillment such as new sales, cancellations, and renewals.
  • Input billing information into relevant systems to aid the quote to billing processes.
  • Address and follow up on billing and invoicing concerns from clients.
  • Maintain client data in relevant systems ensuring accuracy.
  • Ensure pipeline accuracy and assist in monthly forecast processes.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Policy team to ensure contract compliance.
  • Implement and support procedural changes to enhance efficiency and provide top-notch services to customers throughout order-to-cash processes.
  • Provide customer training and support as needed, including sharing best practices related to new products and sales processes.
  • Offer logistical support for regional sales meetings and other events as required.

About You:
This role is a good fit for you if you have:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with business-level language skills, and proficiency in Portuguese as a bonus.
  • Experience with Salesforce and SAP, considered advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities with a creative approach to resolving client issues.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business operations, sales support, order management, or customer service.
  • Effective communication skills (written, oral, presentation).
  • A customer-focused mindset.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Capability to troubleshoot and make informed decisions aligned with business objectives.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
