Join our team Reuters is looking for a skilled Media Sales Support Representative to join our Sales Support team in Mexico. Reuters Agency is a rapidly growing business within the world's largest news organization. Our goal is to be the go-to source for global intelligence that drives informed decisions. About the Role:
As a Media Sales Support Representative, you will:
- Act as the main point of contact for sales and account management teams, providing insights on content/product offerings, business policies, order processing, credits, and procedures, and offering solutions to all issues.
- Assist in facilitating trials for potential clients.
- Handle regulatory documentation for governmental clients.
- Support administrative tasks related to order fulfillment such as new sales, cancellations, and renewals.
- Input billing information into relevant systems to aid the quote to billing processes.
- Address and follow up on billing and invoicing concerns from clients.
- Maintain client data in relevant systems ensuring accuracy.
- Ensure pipeline accuracy and assist in monthly forecast processes.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Policy team to ensure contract compliance.
- Implement and support procedural changes to enhance efficiency and provide top-notch services to customers throughout order-to-cash processes.
- Provide customer training and support as needed, including sharing best practices related to new products and sales processes.
- Offer logistical support for regional sales meetings and other events as required.
About You:
This role is a good fit for you if you have:
- A Bachelor's degree.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with business-level language skills, and proficiency in Portuguese as a bonus.
- Experience with Salesforce and SAP, considered advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities with a creative approach to resolving client issues.
- At least 3 years of experience in business operations, sales support, order management, or customer service.
- Effective communication skills (written, oral, presentation).
- A customer-focused mindset.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Capability to troubleshoot and make informed decisions aligned with business objectives.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
