Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Company: Xerox Mexico Technology
- Develop a comprehensive HR strategy to support the XMEX Technology business objectives and maintain our competitive edge in the market segments we operate in.
- Ensure the HR Strategy implementation through collaboration with HR Shared Services and HR Verticals.
- Enhance organizational capability and capacity to execute the strategic business direction, crafting and executing the talent agenda for Xerox Mexico.
- Provide HR leadership for the XMEX operation and serve as the main HR Business Partner to the XMEX leadership team.
- Engage proactively with Xerox management, partners, and distributors to elevate their HR management processes and organizational capacities.
- Drive change management in XMEX by deploying suitable HR strategies.
- Implement efficient human resource practices to elevate XMEX's performance both in the short and long term.
- Oversee HR in Xerox Technology Mexico to align with the global organization and optimize synergies in a cost-effective environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Senior Management to define workforce capability, costs, and design for future business needs ensuring global integration.
- Execute strategic workforce plans and deliver a full range of HR programs to XMEX Managers to achieve business objectives.
- Act as a pivotal contact point for management offering cross-functional HR advice, counsel, and bid management support.
- Maintain data analytics to support workforce-related decisions and monitor progress on key programs.
- Drive change within the business unit by optimizing resource utilization and empowering employees.
- Promote new ideas and initiatives that encourage creativity, innovation, and risk-taking within the organization.
- Collect feedback from the organization, address concerns constructively, and communicate the HR's community about business strategies.
- Ensure leaders implement compliant workplace practices adhering to policy and legislative requirements.
- Lead the alignment of HR resources and management practices across Mexico as per the agreed HR Model.
- Coordinate the deployment of Corporate HR programs within the country, focusing on effective people management skills.
- Take accountability for local matters such as Workers Council, Governance & Compliance, and manage them to resolution.
- Act as the primary contact for internal/external bodies, representing Xerox externally with Clients.
- Support Bids/acquisitions activities including C Level presentations, negotiations, and legal requirements.
Minimum Candidate Requirements:
- Extensive HR experience and subject matter expertise.
- International experience in a matrix environment.
- Ability to manage people, lead teams/virtual teams, and remain resilient under pressure.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing others through coaching, mentoring, and training.
- Effective influencer, negotiator, and capable of gaining commitment at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated business acumen and ability to lead HR initiatives to support organizational goals.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development, or related fields.
- Five to ten years of progressive experience in Human Resources positions.
- Experience in multinational organizations and complete payroll processes.
- Previous experience working internationally or leading HR in different countries.
- Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
