¿Qué harás?
- El supervisor de producción deberá tener experiência para controlar nuestras operaciones de producción.
- Garantizará que la fabricación siga un proceso fluido y eficiente, mediante la supervisión de los empleados y la organización de los flujos de trabajo.
- En un entorno de ritmo de producción variable con mezcla de producto de mediana a alta, el supervisor es parte critica del proceso de fabricación.
- Deberá ser competente y ser capaz de entender las operaciones y diseños complejos.
- Ser capaz de interpretar diseños de productos metalmecánicos básicos.
- Deberá ser capaz de optimizar las actividades cotidianas al tiempo que se reducen los costes.
- El objetivo es garantizar que los procesos de producción proporcionan productos de la máxima calidad y de bajo costo operative.
- Deberá ser capaz de identificar oportunidades de mejora y poder enfocar al equipo en su implementación.
¿Cómo lo harás?
- Cumplir/Establecer objetivos diarios/semanales/mensuales y comunicarlos a los empleados.
- Organizar el flujo de trabajo mediante la asignación de responsabilidades y la preparación de programas
- Supervisar y formar a los empleados
- Garantizar el uso seguro de los equipos y programar tareas de mantenimiento periódicas
- Comprobar la producción según las especificaciones
- Identificar problemas en la eficiencia y sugerir mejoras
- Formar a los nuevos empleados sobre cómo usar de forma segura la maquinaria y seguir los procedimientos
- Aplicar las normas de la empresa y las directrices de seguridad de forma estricta
¿Qué necesitamos?
- Experiência demostrable como supervisor de producción o en un puesto similar necesariamente en la Industria Metalmecánica.
- Experiência en el uso de varios tipos de herramientas y maquinaria de fabricación
- Experiência demostrable en herramientas de Lean Manufacturing.
- Conocimientos avanzados de MS Office
- Habilidades organizativas y de liderazgo
- Habilidades interpersonales y comunicativas
- Con motivación propia y un enfoque orientado a los resultados
- Habilidades para la resolución de problemas
- Título de educación profesional: IMA, IME, IMI o similar
- Deseable experiência demostrable en proyectos de Seis Sigma como Green Belt
- Deseable Bilingue Espaniol-Ingles.
