¿Qué harás?


  • Responsable de medir el comportamiento de uso de cada cliente en sus primeros meses de vida, enfocados en la tasa de activación y el posterior churn temprano de su cartera.
  • Evolucionar constantemente el flujo de onboarding entendiendo las necesidades locales, para mejorar la efectividad de la adopción de la plataforma.
  • Supervisar y coordinar con su equipo la implementación de la plataforma garantizando la entrega oportuna, eficiente y asegurando una extraordinaria experiência.
  • Entender en profundidad los procesos y a los clientes para proporcionar entrenamiento efectivo a su equipo y por consiguiente actualizaciones, recopilar retroalimentación y abordar cualquier inquietud.
  • Mantener un contacto constante con otros líderes de Customer y de la organización, para asegurar la mejora continua de los procesos de Onboarding.
  • Entender en profundidad su mercado para poder ser el impulsor del cumplimiento normativo y de los principales movimientos que esta haciendo la competencia.

Requisitos Mínimos
Profesional con experiência trabajando en área de clientes, como Postventa, Customer Success o Onboarding.

  • Más de 5 años de experiência en el área de clientes.
  • Manejo de CRM de clientes.
  • Experiência en gestión y seguimiento de clientes.
  • Más de 2 años de experiência en liderazgo de equipos.
  • Experiência trabajando en empresa SaaS.
