We are currently on the lookout for a passionate and seasoned Customer Service Manager specializing in Digital Payment to join our team. As a Customer Service Manager - Digital Payment, your role will encompass overseeing and enhancing customer service operations linked to digital payment services, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth customer interactions, resolve issues, and boost overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
To qualify for the role of Customer Service Manager - Digital Payment, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Demonstrated track record in customer service management, specifically within the digital payment sector
- Sound grasp of digital payment systems, technologies, and industry trends
- Proficient in customer service best practices and strategies
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal aptitude
