The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for executing the Regional Marketing Strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and ultimately increase sales for Dockers Latam; Chile, Peru, Bolivia, Mexico and any other country/territory that may be added in the future.

The main, but not exclusive, functions and responsibilities are the following:

Strategy and Campaign Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, implementation and optimization of Regional Marketing Strategy and integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, events, and partnerships, according with Global Guidelines and aligned with regional business objectives. Brand Identity Management: Maintain brand integrity and consistency across all marketing touch points, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and standards. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including merch, sales, retail and ecom to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Deliver reports for each campaign, project or initiative including KPI, highlights and learnings. Work directly with Global Brand Team. Work directly with agencies (PR, Influencer, CM, Media) Responsible for the correct administration and execution of the brand budget. Qualifications and Education Requirements

University Degree, marketing or business administration. Proven experience in brand marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role. Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics. Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Previous experience in fashion is a plus. Excel & Power Point (intermediate) English (intermediate) Preferred Skills
