The Senior Brand Manager for the LATAM region to oversee the development and execution of brand strategies that align with Levi's global vision. The Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for managing a team and developing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth across LATAM markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in brand management, consumer insights, marketing strategy, and team leadership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute the LATAM brand strategy, ensuring alignment with the global brand vision and marketing goals. Lead cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, and traditional media. Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies. Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to develop their skills and drive performance. Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage budgets, timelines, and resources for brand campaigns. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including agencies, vendors, and influencers. Ensure that all brand messaging and creative assets are consistent with brand guidelines and align with global standards. Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing regular reporting to senior leadership. Lead engagement in all consumer touchpoints within key accounts (including digital, CRM, in-store media, etc.). Drive key product/brand initiatives & news through PR, product placement and editorials. Manage social media engagement as part of the overall digital strategy. Evaluate all proposals pertaining to creative, brand sponsorships and tactical opportunities. Management of the CRM programme as agency first point of contact. Manage events/brand activations. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field. At least 6 years of experience in brand management, preferable with focus on LATAM markets. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing direct reports. Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand campaigns that drive revenue growth and brand awareness. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate consumer insights into actionable marketing strategies. Proven PR / Media relationships Previously demonstrated success in brand management of either premium FMCG, Retail or fast paced industry (startup). Experience of working with and successfully managing agencies/strategic partner relationships. Sound analytical ability and numeric skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously. Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese proficiency is a plus. FULL TIME/PART TIME
