WHAT TO EXPECT

Key responsibilities:

  • Identifying and implementing efficiencies related to daily metrics, template creation and modifications
  • Troubleshooting error notifications with local and system IT representatives
  • Support daily posting of all lockbox receipts: checks, wires and ACH payments
  • Assists with the monthly financial close process to ensure all cash posted within month
  • Performing weekly reconciliations between the bank and Oracle for SOX and Management

ABOUT YOU
of years of progressive experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • General experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable a plus
  • Fluent in English spoken and written
  • Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work independently
  • Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate results & issues to manager
  • Ability to problem solve with an understanding of appropriate escalation points
  • Manages multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and deliver results
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles
  • Knowledge and understanding of accounts receivable transaction process flows
  • Highly proficient in Excel
  • Experience with Oracle ERP preferred
