Requisitos:

  • Ingeniería concluida afín a la industria
  • Inglés Intermedio (indispensable)
  • 3 a 5 años de experiência en industria de manufactura
  • Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Office
  • Conocimientos en Lean Manufacturing.

  • Garantizar que se están utilizando técnicas de Mejora continua (Continuous Improvement, CI)/Lean para mantener la mejora operativa diaria.
  • Identifica las necesidades de desarrollo de los miembros del equipo y brinda asesoramiento profesional y asistencia en la planificación.
  • Control de indicadores del área.
  • Garantizar que la gestión para la mejora diaria (Managing for Daily Improvement, MDI) está implementada de forma efectiva en las unidades de producción
