Job Summary

BI&SFE ANALYST is involved in the application and proper implementation of technical and quantifiable data necessary to meet industry and customer requirements. This position also prepares or analyze all kinds of commercial information from different sources to consolidate it and put together a plan for sales force and commercial area to support development and commercial programs at Sun Pharma.

ROLE:

  • Analyze and compile Sales & Activity data, identify trends and patterns, then make recommendations for business actions.
  • Develop and execute ad hoc queries upon request for data.
  • Develop fact-based research and analysis, synthesizing the data and providing recommendations for a portfolio of strategic initiatives.
  • Create and execute the technical roadmap of the CRM roll out & enhancements. Work closely with Field users, Trainers, stakeholders to streamline the support and roll out.
  • Working experience on Advance Excel & Power BI and BI Tool.
  • Knowledge of data structure; information systems/tools, and related software and data management; enterprise content management to support the business.
  • Co-ordination with Vendor IT Management and Global IT Team. Responsible for developing the IT solutions within defined SLAs (Internal and External).
  • Assist in setting up productivity benchmark internal vs. external to drive various productivity enhancement initiatives.
  • Assist in Regular monitoring of lead/lag indicators for each sales team member, reporting to FLE/managers linking SFE performance to business output and coaching to improve both SFE indicators as well as business output.
  • Calculate and administer sales incentive plans, sales reports and dashboards.
  • Coordinating sales force size & structure analyses, as required based on business need.
  • Develop single brand and portfolio optimization with brand teams incorporating Competitive Intelligence and expected market events. Integrate into call planning and team capacity tactics.
  • Govern well-controlled and documented processes for call planning and targeting, ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance policies/standards to ensure readiness for internal/external audits and reviews.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree

· Typically requires 3 to 5 years of experience in the BI/Commercial Analitics function in a generic pharmaceutical company.

· Analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills

· High-energy self-starter

· Ability to effectively communicate within company and with the customer

· Management of the ethical line of the Central Nervous System (desirable) and/or Ophthalmology (desirable).
