The Ops Sup Analyst 1 is an entry-level role responsible for providing operations support services, such as record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, and account maintenance. This position also involves serving as a link between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients. The main goal of this position is to offer daily operations support in line with Citi's operations support infrastructure and processes.



Responsibilities:
  • Carry out business analysis and document the current and future state of Client Reports and Advices (client communication letters, notices, and confirms)
  • Provide regular updates to all project participants and prepare presentations for steering committee updates
  • Collaborate with Legal & Compliance teams to get approval on all regulatory business requirements
  • Act as the main link between key business stakeholders and technology, including advising stakeholders on options, risks, costs, and delivery timelines
  • Assist in setting business priorities by advising stakeholders and creating training sessions, webcast demos, and User Acceptance Test scripts
  • Develop and manage project plans, act as the project manager for follow-ups, and focus on delivering regulatory client deliverables
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong emphasis on meeting regulatory client deliverables
  • Prioritize fulfilling client needs and enhancing the client experience while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

  • Previous relevant experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • General knowledge of client reporting and competitors in the industry
  • Understanding of SQL environments and database queries
  • Strong organization and time management abilities
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
