El gerente sénior de valores y derivados es un puesto de nivel gerencial sénior responsable de lograr resultados a través de la gestión de un equipo o un departamento que procesa pedidos y transacciones que se originan en las oficinas de comercio y las oficinas de las sucursales, en coordinación con el equipo de Operaciones y Servicios de Transacciones.
El objetivo general de este puesto es garantizar la provisión sin problemas de transacciones de títulos valores y derivados.Responsabilidades:
Desarrollar e implementar iniciativas comerciales, soluciones para el cliente o proyectos relacionados con la liquidación de títulos valores y derivados.
Resolver consultas complejas, realizar descubrimientos y completar actividades de diligencia debida para las solicitudes de los clientes. Proporcionar un análisis detallado de los problemas escalados, cuando sea necesario, y recomendar acciones para la resolución. Contribuir al procesamiento de estándares y expectativas para los equipos de procesamiento de títulos valores y derivados. Desarrollar e implementar planes de negocios, políticas y procedimientos que ofrezcan soluciones y oportunidades de ahorro de costos.Gestionar el desempeño diario en relación con las actividades posteriores a la liquidación de títulos valores y derivados de los procesos de operaciones.
Proponer soluciones para implementar mejoras en el proceso de liquidación, en el servicio al cliente o en la tecnología en general.
Coordinar con clientes internos y externos para evaluar la calidad del servicio e identificar áreas de mejora. Actuar como asesor para el personal nuevo o de nivel inicial.Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia, así como supervisar de manera efectiva la actividad de otros y crear responsabilidad con aquellas personas que no mantienen estos estándares.
Calificaciones:
Entre 6 y 10 años de experiencia relevante
Licencias/registros requeridos:
Serie 9. Experiencia en la gestión de personal. Demuestra de manera constante habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa.
