We will count on you to:

  • Be responsible for deployment of new products in Latam, either global/regional or local becoming regional; examples could be: Mercer Learning program, Skills Edge, TAAP+, Comptryx. Is the Latam representative in global calls discussing new products to gather information in order to analyze profit, eventual market demand, pricing, connections with other products (Career, Wealth and/or Health).
  • Coordinate presentation and training on new products with local markets.
  • Suggest go to market strategy and makes follow up of launch and sales in each market and/or Services Hub.
  • Actively inform of every new product launched in local markets and analyzes opportunities for regional extension or coverage.
  • Look for synergies in deployment of new products and eventually coordinates adhoc teams for this purpose.
  • Performance of this role will be reviewed based on sales and revenues.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor ́s Degree.
  • Minimum 45 years of working experience in a businesstobusiness, large/strategic customer segment or in HR function such as Compensations & Benefits, HR consulting, preferable in roles that include technological solutions.

Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects.

Ability to adapt to various people and working styles under tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required.

Positive attitude, willingness to offer and execute ideas and solutions to enhance processes within a changing environment.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, delivering clear and concise messages and at all times promoting and enhancing the Mercer brand.
