Cprime Mexico has adopted a remote-first/full-remote work environment from most US-based locations. Occasionally, our teams have the option to meet in-person for team meetings, collaboration, or social events.

Summary

Cprime is looking for a talented Targetprocess Consultant who is willing to streamline processes, boost productivity, educate, and promote Targetprocess. The Cprime Consultant provides specific delivery skills in your specific area of implementation needs. The Consultant is your focused delivery resource to implement high-quality solutions in an iterative manner. This person works closely with the Solution Architect to align on solution planning and delivery.

• Implement and administer the Apptio Targetprocess instance and partner with business functions to gain user adoption.
• Connect with and foster positive relationships with global client teams to understand how their functions might benefit from Apptio Targetprocess usage.
• Partner with IT and other management to set Apptio Targetprocess guidelines, standards, and policies.
• Explore the capabilities and evangelize Apptio to increase adoption and provide solutions.
• Be a part of the IT Endpoint management team that oversees, Apptio Targetprocess, Slack, and GSuite productivity tools including corporate email (Gmail), Zoom, PC/MAC management, and backup solutions.
• Install, configure, maintain, administer, and enhance Enterprise Solutions Tools.
• Help guide and maintain the organization of data in Enterprise Solutions Tools.
• Work with customers to enable custom workflows, fields, screens, dashboards, and reports.
• Create and manage complex components including project workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes.
• Experience installing and configuring add-ons for Enterprise Solutions Tools to provide enhanced capabilities.
• Assist as required to client administrators and users to ensure the success of the implemented solution.

• Accomplished Apptio Targetprocess Administrator in a previous role.
• 2-3 years of experience with configuration and administration of partner tools such as Aha, Slack, Jira Software, Confluence, and key 3rd party add-ons.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables at any given time through effective time management and planning.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work with diverse teams across different time zones.
• Someone who is eager to grow their IT skills in a fast-paced IT environment. Highly motivated and self-guided individual who is able to receive a task and see it through with minimal supervision.
• You analyze situations, form ideas, and get creative to provide solutions. Pride yourself on strong communication, relationship-building, and facilitation skills.

• TargetProcess and Apptio Certifications preferred
• Bachelors Degree
