Summary Cprime is seeking a skilled Targetprocess Consultant to streamline operations, enhance productivity, educate, and promote the use of Targetprocess. The Consultant will bring specialized expertise to meet your implementation needs, working closely with the Solution Architect to deliver high-quality solutions iteratively.

What you will do:

• Implement and manage the Apptio Targetprocess instance, collaborating with business units to drive user adoption.
• Build positive relationships with global client teams to identify opportunities for leveraging Apptio Targetprocess.
• Define guidelines, standards, and policies for Apptio Targetprocess in collaboration with IT and management.
• Promote and explore the capabilities of Apptio to increase adoption and offer effective solutions.
• Be part of the IT Endpoint management team overseeing Apptio Targetprocess, Slack, GSuite, and other productivity tools like Zoom and Gmail.
• Install, configure, enhance, and maintain Enterprise Solutions Tools.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining data within Enterprise Solutions Tools.
• Customize workflows, screens, dashboards, and reports in collaboration with customers.
• Manage components such as project workflows, screen schemes, and notification schemes.
• Install and configure add-ons to enhance Enterprise Solutions Tools' capabilities.
• Support client administrators and users to ensure successful implementation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experienced Apptio Targetprocess Administrator.
• 2-3 years of experience with partner tools such as Aha, Slack, Jira, Confluence, and third-party add-ons.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong ability to manage multiple clients and projects concurrently through efficient time management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams across different time zones.
• Enthusiastic about developing IT skills in a dynamic environment, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Education and Certifications:

• TargetProcess and Apptio Certifications preferred.
• Bachelors Degree.
