Main Duties & Responsibilities*Position Summary
:Responsible for maintaining and ensuring smooth operations of all automations, vision system, PLCs etc across all equipment in plant of plastic injection molding environment of rigid packaging industry
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
:
Preventive & break down maintenance of all electronic & electrical part of all injection molding & high speed assembly automations with LOTO practices all time. Operate & interact for CMMS, IIoT, Internet network for communication to machines etc. Back up & modify PLC SCADA programming suit to production OR quality improvements. Write & create SOPs for vision system OR PLC/SCADA related operations. Ensure Error Proofing as key step for every improvement aspect. Monitor & interact for CCTV surveillance system OR fire alarms PLC functioning correctly. Align with IT policies & interact with IT team for network related maint OR services. Explore & execute low cost automation for cost saving OR safetyquality improvements. Other activities assigned as necessaryQualifications
Bachelor's degree or 35 years of experience in Electronics OR Industrial Automation Analytical thinking and problem solving capabilities with a strong attention to detail Strong oral and written communication skills for internal external stakeholders Strong computer skills with ERP and Microsoft Office suite experience; strong Excel Selfstarter with ability to manage and prioritize daily workPreferred Qualifications**: Experience in plastic injection molding a plus PLC-SCADA programming a plus Lean, process improvement experience preferred
