Responsable de revisar que se hayan registrados todos los gastos correspondientes a cada periodo, hacer las reservas de la última semana incurrida no pagada, así como analizar las variaciones por rubro por departamento y darle seguimiento con su respectivo gerente.

Así mismo hacer los registros de revaluación de partidas en pesos y dlls y el tie out con los diferentes libros en SAP TPM & SAP FSP

  • Dar soporte a los departamentos de manufactura en el entendimiento de sus gastos y variacones; enfocados a cumplir con las iniciativas y objetivos establecidos. Participación en Excelencia Operacional. Deberá de conocer y estar entrenado en todos aquellos documentos o regulaciones aplicables a su puesto. Dar Soporte a las Diferentes Auditorias.
  • Elaboracion de reconciliación de cuentas de Balance General, asegurándose que el balance refleja el saldo correcto y en su caso analizar y determinar los ajustes correspondientes en tiempo y forma.
  • Registro de polizas recurrentes del mes, tales como amortizaciones, comisiones,
  • Análisis, determinación y registro de las provisiones de cierre de mensual
  • Análisis y revision de cuentas de resultados (Gastos) para asegurar que no falten registros en el mes
  • Elaborar los cargos mediante poliza a las plantas de Cardinal
  • Registro de ventas I/C y COGS con Singapore
  • Analisis, determinación y registro de la revaluación de cuentas de gasto y balance
  • Analisis, determinación y registro de póliza para amarre ("Tie out") entre los diferentes libros en SAP y entre sistemas SAP-TPM, SAP-FSP
  • Revisar pólizas Nonworkflow para asegurarse que traen el soporte correspondiente con su debida autorización
  • Elaboracion de factura de venta de scrap y realizar el registro contable correspondiente
  • Elaboracion del registro contable de los cargos bancarios por comisiones
  • Revision a mitad de mes de los registros contables para verificar el registro en la cuenta contable correcta y de acuerdo a presupuesto/forecast y en su caso realizar las reclasificaciones que correspondan
  • Elaboracion y registro de las polizas de ventas compañía 7020 y 2640, fluctuaciones y provision de ISR
  • Revision mensual de resultados del mes de gastos con los gerentes y supervisores del departamento asignado
  • Analisis de variaciones de manufactura al cierre de mes de los departamentos asignados Actual Vs Presupuesto y asegurarse que todos los gastos han sido registrados completos y correctamente en las cuentas y centros de costo correspondientes
  • Proveer explicaciones en Tracker de las variaciones de manufactura de los conceptos que sean asignados
  • Participación directa en presupuesto y forecast para elaboración de diversos análisis para proyección de gastos, headcount, labor.
  • Participación directa en auditorias (Contables, Fiscales, Corporativas) preliminar y final
  • Dar soporte para el cumplimiento del sistema e iniciativas de la planta, cumplir con las políticas de éticas de la compañía y con la ley FCPA.
  • Elaboración de polizas para las entidades de Sigapur y US
  • Elaboración de polizas de Secondment para Singapore
  • Elaboracon de análisis de Salarios y HC para las locaciones de US
  • Registros de nominas y reservas de Temporales y gastos para las entidades de US
  • Análisis de variaciones y soporte para plantas y almacen de US
  • Fomentar y difundir los valores de Cardinal Health
  • Cumplir con la política y reglamentos BASC y C-TPAT.
  • Participación en equipos permanentes de trabajo, seguridad y medio ambiente, así como reportar accidentes y casi accidentes y colaborar para el cumplimiento de las metas de Seguridad: LTA's, LTD y OSHA.

  • Requerir el uso de Equipo de Protección Personal.
  • Detener un trabajo si un empleado o contratista que está haciendo el trabajo puede sufrir una lesión seria o un incidente ambiental.

  • Negarse a llevar a cabo tareas/actividades para las cuales no ha sido adiestrado o siente que su integridad está a riesgo.

REQUISITOS ESENCIALES

  • Lic en Contaduría o carrera afin
  • Conocimiento tecnico en Contabilidad básica e Impuestos
  • 2+ años experiência
  • Nível de ingles: 75%
  • Manejo de programas Excel,
  • Conocimiento en SAP
  • Capacidad de análisis y Control Interno
