Todos los días, nos levantamos al desafío de hacer una diferencia y así es como el Invoicing Analyst tendrá un impacto:

Ejecutar el proceso comercial de Order to Cash, desde la recepción y captura de órdenes de compra de los clientes, el seguimiento a las entregas con almacén, atender cualquier incidencia durante el proceso, generación de notas de crédito por planes comerciales devoluciones y descuentos procedentes, asegurando el correcto revenue recognition, siempre apegado a las políticas.


Las responsabilidades clave para esta función incluyen:

  • Ingresar órdenes de compra: Capturar las órdenes de compra, dar seguimiento a las citas en conjunto con almacén, asegurando que concluya el proceso de surtido, facturación y entrega al cliente.
  • Generar reportes de ventas para servicio interno y externo, así como mantener comunicación con los responsables de las cuentas y clientes.
  • Asegurar la correcta aplicación de planes comerciales: Validar las ofertas conforme a la política, asegurar su correcta aplicación y notificación a los KAM's cuando no procedan. Elaborar en SAP las notas de crédito por planes comerciales y asegurar que se integre la documentación que ampare el cumplimiento del plan.
  • Generar notas de crédito por devoluciones, programar la recolección en conjunto con almacén. Validar las devoluciones aprobadas por los representantes e ingresarlas en SAP al inventario conforme a nuestra política para generar la nota de crédito correspondiente.
  • Atender auditorías: es responsable de dar respuesta y evidencias necesarias a las diferentes auditorias en el proceso de Order To Cash.

Las calificaciones mínimas para este rol son:

  • Licenciatura terminada en contabilidad, administración o a fin (deseable contar con certificado, título o cedula).
  • Manejo de SAP
  • Excel intermedio.
  • Ingles intermedio.
  • Manejo de Facturación 4.0.
  • Habilidades de comunicación y servicio al cliente.
  • 2 años de experiência en puesto similar realizando: facturación, lineamientos y conceptos básicos del SAT, registros contables, servicio al cliente interno y externo.
