Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • Develop, support, and manage key strategic initiatives/projects/programs, from planning to execution, across the LAM and Mexico organization
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Management of LAM and Mexico priority projects.
  • Support the LAM and Mexico strategy and vision by coordinating and managing initiative development, prioritization, and planning.
  • Managing LAM and Mexico priority projects by leading the project/program team to fulfill its mission and targets.
  • Closely tracking project life cycle and progress on initiative progress, issues, decisions, and recommended future actions.
  • Steer alignment with senior Leaders to ensure projects are focused on the right strategic initiatives and priorities.
  • Financials: Drive budget management, business case modeling, cost/return estimations, and analytics (as required).
  • Actively manage a network across the organization to ensure the project remains highly relevant to the business and its priorities.
  • Promote and foster an outsidein approach to strategy to execution, bringing relevant external and internal insights to the decisionmaking process.
  • Support to functional project leaders on priority projects
  • Guide initiative business owners in executing LAM priority projects by setting objectives, developing detailed plans and KPIs.
  • Provide feedback to initiative business owners to ensure high quality and timely execution.
  • PMO development
  • Develop and/or manage PMO tools (e.g tracking, templates, summary dashboards, etc. ) to empower organization with bestinclass methodology to drive strategy execution.
  • Define and execute an efficient operating rhythm with all stakeholders, facilitating agile and constant communication and decisionmaking.
  • Responsible to drive and champion the implementation of the LAM and Mexico PM methodology throughout the whole organization.

  • Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of general business experience (ideally in more than one business function) within a large commercial organization, preferably within consumer goods industry
  • Experience in working closely with senior managers and leaders across functions.
  • Experience in channels or marketing is a plus.
  • Business or engineering bachelor's degree
