Innovation Specialist LATAM***:

An innovation specialist plays a critical role in developing and implementing innovation strategies that enable organizations to stay competitive, adapt to market changes, and generate value through creativity and continuous improvement

What You Will Do:

  • Research and analysis: Conduct market research, technological and industry trends to identify innovation opportunities.
  • Strategy development: Collaborate with senior management and other departments to develop innovation strategies that are aligned with the organization's objectives.
  • Idea Generation: Encourage the generation of innovative ideas through collaboration and creativity, either internally or in collaboration with external partners, across different regions in LATAM.
  • Project Management: Monitor and manage innovation projects from conception to implementation, ensuring deadlines and budget are met.
  • Interdepartmental collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as research and development, marketing, human resources and operations, to ensure successful implementation of innovation initiatives.
  • Resource identification: Identify and manage the resources necessary to carry out innovation projects, such as personnel, budget and technology.
  • Communication and Promotion: Effectively communicate innovation efforts to employees and stakeholders and promote a culture of innovation throughout the organization.
  • Measurement and evaluation: Follow metrics and KPIs (key performance indicators) to evaluate the success of innovation projects and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Results analysis: Analyze and learn from the results of innovation projects, both in terms of successes and failures, to continually improve innovation practices.
  • Liaise with agencies and creative firms for ideation workshops
