Total Rewards Analyst
Este rol es responsable de la administración y estrategia del beneficio de auto ejecutivo a nível Latam, deberá liderar a los diferentes equipos involucrados en el proceso para tener el control total y poder entregar los indicadores correspondientes.
Qualifications
¿En qué trabajarás?
- Responsable de llevar el control de capex de cada región
- Responsable de llevar el control de casos extraodrinarios del proceso
- Responsable de capacitaciones a los ejecutivos cada mes de las renovaciones
- Responsable de realizar los CAR adicionales que no están dentro del AOP
- Responsable de coordinar a los equipos locales de cada país sobre el beneficio de auto ejecutivo
- Responsable de hacer los cambios en las políticas de cada país sobre el beneficio de auto ejecutivo
