How will you make an impact in this role?


Designs, develops, and manages activities for a product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life.

Partner with stakeholder teams on enhancing/refining product strategies and roadmaps.

Serves as the central resource with design, process, development, test, quality, and marketing, throughout all stages of a product's lifecycle.

Manages the features backlog by identifying and prioritizing features and capabilities through direct input with customers, analysts, developers and architects and knowledge of the domain.

Facilitates resolution of risks, issues and changes related to the product development lifecycle. Involvement includes modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists in developing the business case for new products or features. Assists in the research of regulatory developments and provides preliminary input on analysis of potential implications to existing Products. Supports in the documentation of asis and tobe processes for product management, product enhancements, key findings and standard methodologies.
  • Supports in the creation and maintenance of the product backlog, prioritizing features and establishing timelines for product releases. Partners closely with analytics team to provide input and prioritize analytics requests.
  • Collaborates with crossfunctional teams including Product, Technology and other adjacent stakeholders to gather and document product requirements and to ensure timely delivery of product features, following agile development methodologies.
  • Identifies potential technical gaps and collaborates with broader teams to facilitate resolution risks, opportunities and changes tied to product management initiatives and processes.
  • Aligns the work with the portfolio priorities and provides regular status report.
  • Use analytical abilities and strategic perspective to identify trends & recommend solutions that will help improve the user experience
  • Adheres to the quality and performance standards to deliver the best solutions for users and for the company

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience supporting project/product management, preferably for a technology or banking organization
  • Experience in data analysis and analytical decisionmaking
  • Experience working with rapid and iterative development teams strongly desired
  • Strong relationship skills to manage enduser interactions and understand the requirements from a business perspective
  • Handson programming experience is a plus
  • Ability to write user stories as per Agile Methodology
  • Bachelor's Degree in technology or related field required
  • Communication skills: fluent English and Spanish
  • Scrum and/or Product Owner certification is a plus
